- Emergency medical services (EMS) members: EMTs and paramedics

- Law enforcement officers such as Federal law enforcement officers, state officers, etc.

- Emergency department personnel including doctors, nurses and hospital staff

- 911 Dispatchers

* Subject to verification in order to qualify for program discounts and benefits. Discounts are not guaranteed and will be applied at each vendor’s discretion. Additional applicants who do not meet this program’s qualifications may receive promotion at each vendor’s discretion.
